About Corinne
For 18 years, I worked as a clinical psychologist specializing in trauma, emotional healing, and personal growth. I have always known that at our core, we are whole, that we all have the capacity to be free of what is not truly us. I too have lived through experiences that could have shattered me... but they did not.
My own conscious healing began with the support of a highly experienced trauma psychologist, using the most effective, evidence-based therapies available. I faced what I had previously been unable to, and processed the layers of pain, patterns, and self-beliefs that had shaped my inner, and therefore outer, world. Much of it cleared, but one core theme continued to loop. It would not shift.
That led me to a psychologist who had developed her own trauma therapy, one that incorporated spiritual resourcing. What happened during this time was profound. I experienced a form of spiritual awareness that changed not just how I saw the world, but how I lived in it. It became my anchor as I processed the deepest layers of trauma whilst parenting two young children without external support. This was not just healing, it was the beginning of something greater. An awakening. A strength I drew upon daily. It changed how I saw myself and the world.
Then came the next chapter, one that tested me even further. When my marriage ended, the identity and life I had built shattered. And yet, despite the pain, I chose to respond with integrity and devotion to my children’s well-being. In my darkest moments of despair, I experienced the most profound spiritual breakthroughs. I called on every resource I had, mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual, to navigate the storm and release what no longer served me. These experiences brought me closer to who I truly am. They did not break me, they freed me.
What became clear is that we are not defined by what we have lived through. We are shaped by what we choose in the present, which creates what comes next. Every challenge gave me the chance to let go of what no longer served and reconnect with what truly matters. Not to become someone new, but to step into greater alignment with who I already am.
To let go of the past.
To live in the present.
To create from what is real.
In my clinical practice, I felt called to work differently, and to focus on those who are truly ready. Ready to take responsibility for their life, release outdated identities, and create something new. That calling led me to work differently. One that allowed me to integrate the aspects of psychology I love with the spiritual tools I had used, the understanding I had gained, and the deeper healing I had come to trust.
Today, I work with those in transition.
Those who feel stuck, lost, or know there is more to them and their life.
I bring what I have lived, understood, and come to know as true, grounded in psychology and expanded through deeper awareness.
The past clears.
What no longer fits falls away.
Something else becomes possible.
This is not just about understanding where you have been,
It is about remembering who you truly are, and creating a life that reflects this.
It is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about stepping into your wholeness,
and reclaiming the life you are meant to live.
You were never lost, only waiting to return to you.
And from here, anything is possible...
